SENSYMAP

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

SensyMap (“SensyMap”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is a consent-based wellness app for adults. It supports body awareness and gentle, playful communication between partners. Because a body map describes personal preferences, we collect as little as possible and keep it only as long as the app needs it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.

1. Information we collect

Personal information. You do not need to give us your name, address, phone number or email to use SensyMap. If you contact support, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

Anonymous identifier. When you first open the app, it receives a random anonymous ID. It is not linked to your name, Apple ID or contacts, and it lets the app deliver game results to the right person.

User-generated content.

Purchases. Payments are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of what was purchased, never your card or payment details.

Technical data. To deliver app updates and keep the app stable, limited technical data is processed, such as device platform, operating system version and app version. If you allow it in your iPhone settings, Apple shares anonymous crash reports with us.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, health data or advertising identifiers.

2. How we use information

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

3. Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. A shared map is visible only to the person who has its code while the link is active. Limited data is processed by service providers that help us run the app:

These providers act on our behalf, must protect the data and may not use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data retention

5. Data security

We use secure storage, encrypted connections and access controls. On our server, a shared map can be read only with its code while the link is active, and a game result can be read only by the two people in that game. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. User control and consent

Creating and sharing a map is always voluntary. You decide whether, when and with whom to share, and for how long the link works. We do not access or monitor private interactions between partners. You can stop using the app at any time.

You can ask us to access or delete data stored on our server, or exercise your rights under GDPR, CCPA or similar laws, by writing to the contact below. Please include your game code if you have one, so we can find the data without knowing who you are.

7. Adults only

SensyMap is intended only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a minor has used the app, we will delete their data promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
